What is dipping sauce?

Why is it called dipping sauce? According to food safety and quality management regulations, fish sauce products with a protein content below 10N are typically referred to as “dipping sauce” or “industrial fish sauce.”

Hao Huong Anchovy Dipping Sauce is crafted from anchovy fish sauce, salt, water, sugar, and flavoring. The  result gives the dipping sauce an orange-yellow to light reddish-brown color. It has a characteristic aroma with a mild fishy scent. The taste is sweet, moderately salty, and leaves a balanced, sweet aftertaste.

Hao Huong offers two types of anchovy dipping sauce, with protein contents of 12g/l and 31g/l, respectively. These sauces are perfect for enhancing the flavors of dishes, making them more appealing. They can be used in mixing dipping sauces, salad dressings, or in the preparation of meals in kitchens.
