Our origin
Established in 1936, in the coastal town of Phan Thiet, a place renowned for its rich fishing traditions. Nestled among the bustling fish markets and vibrant seafront of Phan Thiet, Hao Huong has been a name synonymous with a finest quality fish sauce.
Our present
Hao Huong sources its fish from the pristine waters surrounding Phu Quoc Island, famous for its rich marine ecosystem. Each batch of fish is carefully selected, ensuring that only the freshest and most finest fish are selected for production. These fish are then transferred to wooden barrels and undergo a slow and meticulous fermentation process, lasting from 9 to 12 months. The entire fermentation process is closely monitored. This traditional fermentation process, combined with the natural richness of Phu Quoc’s waters, brings a unique, rich flavor and perfect harmony to Hao Huong fish sauce.
